PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The legislation in force, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), governs the procedures for the collection, processing, retention and possible disclosure and/or dissemination of personal data, providing the rights and duties of the Data Subjects. Personal data processing is performed by the Controller in compliance with the provisions of legislation in force. 
Data collection
Private user data are collected directly and/or indirectly by the Controller, via its own Network, only through the completion of certain forms (hereinafter defined as “Forms”) provided online on the websites.
1. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE DATA PROCESSING
The processing:  
a) is performed for the purpose of activating the services offered by the web portal and managing requests or registrations for initiatives reserved for registered users; the legal basis of the processing is the need to process the requests made by the Data Subject.
b) is performed, with the Data Subject’s express informed consent, to collect data for marketing purposes, with a view to sending commercial communications by traditional (ordinary postal mail and telephone contact with operator) or automated means (e-mail, telephone without operator, text message, mms, fax, social media, WhatsApp and telegram) related to the activities of the Controller or its third-party clients, principals or partners; the legal basis for the processing is the consent granted by the Data Subject. 
c) may be performed, with the Data Subject’s express informed consent, for the purpose of conducting market and statistics analytics: marketing and profiling/favourites analytics and definition; the legal basis for the processing is the consent granted by the Data Subject. 
d) may be performed, with the Data Subject’s express informed consent, for the purpose of disclosing data to third parties, as specified in point 6 below for the performance of marketing activities; the legal basis for the processing is the consent granted by the Data Subject.
e) may be performed to identify the perpetrators of any illegal acts, only in the case of specific requests made for this purpose by and on behalf of the competent authorities; the legal basis for the processing is the protection of the Controller’s rights in relation to legal compliance. 
f) This website uses services and interacts with external platforms in order to offer the best browsing experience. These external services and platforms may collect information about the user’s behaviour for the Controller. This information is always anonymous and can never be used to identify the user. Additionally, these external services and platforms may collect certain user data, regulated directly by the user’s own privacy settings
